Overview

As a Lead DevOps Engineer (GCP), you will design, implement, and manage scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes for our flagship agentic AI platform. You’ll work closely with development, data, and ML teams to enable continuous innovation and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Manage and secure Kubernetes clusters (GKE) and containerized workloads.
• Implement observability patterns for monitoring, alerting and logging. 
• Implement industry-standard security controls at infrastructure, application and data tiers. 
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and compliance with enterprise-grade standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, design and implement automated deployments and scaling strategies.
• Own and maintain technical documentations pertaining to CI/CD, Deployment and Observability. 

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with Google Cloud.
• Hands-on with experience with GKE, Data Storage, Networking, KMS, Container Registry, Cloud SQL  and Pub/Sub. 
• Strong in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Must be familiar with security, RBAC, and identity management within Google Cloud ecosystems.
• Must be familiar with AI tools / co-pilots to execute day-to-day work smarter and faster.
• Bonus: Experience supporting hybrid (on-prem + cloud) architectures.
• Bonus: Prior experience in deploying generative AI / Agentic AI / RAG applications and integrating with model providers in the Google Cloud ecosystem.
• Bonus: Prior experience in offering products via Google Cloud marketplace.
