Overview

As a Product Manager (Insurance), you’ll define and drive product strategy for our AI solutions in the insurance sector — focusing on regulatory compliance, process automation, and intelligent decision systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and compliance needs into product roadmaps and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI, engineering, QE, and design teams to deliver solutions. 
• Partner with clients to identify high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation.
• Ensure the solution adheres to the compliance and regulatory requirements of the enterprise. 
• Continuously assess emerging agent-led AI products and market competitors, identify gaps and differentiation opportunities, and develop actionable execution plans to drive innovation and strengthen our flagship platform.
• Keep the internal and external stakeholder communication alive and healthy. 
• Demonstrate the product capabilities to potential clients, and initiate and drive the client engagement for executing the PoC to Pilot to Production rollout. 
• Ensure necessary cadences have been established and enforced throughout the SDLC.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or solution design for Insurance/InsureTech.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry operations, compliance, and digital transformation. 
• Strong knowledge and understanding about the AI agents and their applicability in the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication, demonstration and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge in compliance and regulatory frameworks and standards in the insurance sector. 
• Ability to understand technological challenges and able to assist the engineering team strategically. 
• Proficiency in scrum methodology, business architecture, hands-on experience with project management tools. 
• Must have successfully rolled out at-least a couple software products or solutions into production. 
• Must be familiar with AI tools to execute day-to-day work smarter and faster.
• Prior experience in  working with international (USA / EU / APAC / MENA regions) clients.   
• Bonus: Prior experience as a technical project manager or similar role.
