Overview

As an AI Engineer at Deep AI Lab, you’ll play a key role in developing and integrating advanced AI capabilities that power our enterprise-grade agentic AI platform. You’ll work across LLMs, embeddings, LangGraph, Agentic AI frameworks,  vector databases, and graph-based reasoning systems to build intelligent, knowledge-grounded, context-aware, compliance-centric components for knowledge workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy AI pipelines for knowledge bank, inference and agentic automation operations using Python and LangGraph framework.  
• Develop context engineering and memory management for knowledge agents.
• Implement vector search, context retrieval, and knowledge grounding using vector and graph databases.
• Execute the performance test suite to  benchmark the platform’s performance metrics and take necessary actions on weak spots. 
• Integrate LLMs and multi-agent orchestration frameworks into production environments.
• Work closely with engineering, QA and product teams for achieving targeted objectives. 
• Build evaluation and fine-tuning mechanisms for performance, accuracy, and compliance alignment.
• Contribute to model governance, observability, and continuous improvement practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentations pertaining to critical functionalities. 

Candidate Requirements

• 2+  years of experience in AI/ML engineering, NLP, or applied data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as LangGraph, Hugging Face.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock Offerings).
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Amazon OpenSearch, PgVector, Chroma DB) and graph DBs (Neo4j, TigerGraph).
• Good knowledge in context engineering, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI protocols such as MCP and A2A. 
• Bonus: Exposure to enterprise AI compliance and data governance principles.
• Bonus: Prior experience in designing and developing the multi-AI agentic ecosystem.
